Here is a sense of what you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Build the ST6 brand.
  • Plan, execute and grow our employer branding strategy.
  • Work closely with the Talent circle to organize various kinds of initiatives and events to find and attract the best talent.
  • Set measurable KPIs and track the progress and performance of all Employer Branding initiatives.
  • Work on visuals and materials together with our Graphic Design Craftsman.
  • Develop new channels for Employer Branding communication.
  • Build a marketing automation process.
  • Set, monitor, and optimize ads campaigns from start to finish.
  • Pay close attention to detail to ensure all content's accuracy, language, and brand consistency.
  • Manage all of our social media accounts.
  • Research and analyze best practices of employer branding.
  • Take care of the organization's SWAG for ST6ers and externals.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience with employer branding, digital marketing, or similar field
  • Joy in creating value from seemingly unsolvable problems
  • Passion for creating engaging content for blog, social media channels, and recruiting initiatives
  • A creative mind full of ideas
  • Friendly, personable, and bubbly personality

Compensation

Our salaries are self-set. All of the information you need to self-set your salary is transparent - organization’s finances, everybody else’s salaries, strategic company goals, chart of equity, and market research for the salaries in the industry.
You will receive base + bonus + equity. Bonuses are decided collectively, salaries are updated every 6 months.
