If you use the site on behalf of an employer, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms of use on behalf of your employer.

"ST6 Website" or "Website" means any website that is the property of ST6 OOD, with offices at 110B Simeonovsko Shose Blvd, fl. 3, 1700 Sofia, Bulgaria., including but not limited to everything hosted under the domain st6.io.

Via Website, ST6 makes a number of resources available to you, including information, software services, documents, communications, files, text, graphics, publications, content, tools, and other services.

ST6 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, add, or remove any part of these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice to you. We may, at our discretion, choose to notify those subscribed to our RSS feeds of such changes. However, it is up to you to check these Terms of Use for changes. Visitor Conduct

In using Website, including all software, services, and resources available through it, you agree that:

You will not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available via the Website.

  5. You will not use false identity information when submitting job applications or contacting ST6 via the Contact us page.

  6. You will not remotely harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, nor will you use email addresses published on the Website for the purpose of sending any type of unsolicited email communication with disguised or falsified origin.

The Website can be accessed from most countries around the world. Website content may contain references to ST6 services, documents, job offerings, or other resources that are not available in your country.   • Job applicants. In the course of human capital activities, we may collect and process contact details, educational & health data, résumé, personnel files and other data required by special laws for compliance with a legal obligation. The collected data is used exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes and shared with third parties only when required by law.

  • To provide you with software, services, or information. ST6 processes personal data of customers under signed contracts for provisioning of services and software delivery. In such cases, the data being processed is minimized and is being limited to just the contractual relationship between ST6 and its customers.

  • To improve our content and services based on usage. We may collect data based on your use of the ST6 Website, and we do not associate these data with your name. We use these data to better understand the usage patterns of our website and the behaviours of our collective audience. At times we may share this information in aggregated anonymous form with third parties. The legal basis for this data processing is our legitimate interest in improving our software and services. Use of Trademarks

The trademarks and logos ("Marks") displayed on the Site are the property of ST6 or third parties. You may not use Marks without the prior written consent of ST6 or (as applicable) the third-party owner of the Marks.

You may use ST6 Marks and logo images ("Logos") under the following conditions:

  1. You may not alter Logos in any way except for pixel dimensions, which must always be in the same proportions as the original image provided via the Website. All Marks in reduced-size Logos must remain clearly identifiable and legible.
  2. You may not create links on any other site connecting directly to the Logo image files on the Site.
  3. You may not use Logos in any manner that represents or implies any affiliation with or endorsement by ST6 when no such affiliation or endorsement has been formally established in writing with ST6.

ST6 reserves the right to determine what constitutes improper or inappropriate use of ST6 Marks and Logos, and you agree to correct improper/inappropriate use of ST6 Marks and Logos or to cease use of the same, upon notification from ST6.
